Rework the plugin to fit the sample plugin example. Pulls the Mouse binding to it's own function and sets the config window as it's own as well.

Rework the plugin to fit the sample plugin example. Pulls the Mouse binding to it's own function and sets the config window as it's own as well.
Tested some of this with my own settings and changing a few. I'm open to reworking anything else that makes sense but hopefully this rework makes sense!
