Repeatedly starting a window, installing project files, checking messages and invoking one task adds friction to multi-window collaboration. Add explicit
start --apply-setupand a bounded foregroundworker watchover the existing setup/worker contracts.Startup previews installation and registration together; conflicts prevent registration, custom instructions remain preserved and default behavior stays unchanged. The watch processes ready tasks and explicit delivered-message receipts, optionally waits for peer changes, emits compact progress and excludes duplicate watchers per worktree. Failures, decisions and guard problems stop it without command retries, lease takeover or automatic commits/merges. Supplied harness argv remains trusted; this does not launch client GUIs or select models.
Native verification now checks that the CLI validated the generated isolated profile before discovery. An explicit
--native-executablesupports the intended local CLI without changing a managed-service launcher. This addresses the observed launcher proxy ignoring local profile variables.Validation: 25 focused automation checks and the full 420-test source suite passed, including real worktree dependency/handoff/receipt, peer lock contention, child Manager access, failure/timeout/scope retention and POSIX SIGINT. A three-worktree installed-process smoke completed four tasks and three explicit receipts with declared Codex/GLM/DeepSeek routing labels; no models invoked. Recorded a6→a7 Skill upgrade preserved custom rules. Native local OpenClaw 2026.6.8 profile binding/discovery passed; the managed 2026.10.2 launcher is separately scoped. Skill/package bytes, configuration, manifests and Markdown links checked. Final-head remote CI passed on Windows/Linux Python 3.10/3.13; the rebuilt 420-test installed-wheel suite passed with the same final content fingerprint. No model calls or WorkBuddy GUI tests.
Includes first-use guide, bundled setup Skill, source-only research decisions, and 0.3.0a7/plugin alpha.7 release metadata. No schema/event/protocol/workflow/dependency/global configuration changes. Package publication/readback follows merge and CI.
