The research paper is referencing a mobile phone, while the files are in Python, which is pointing to a PC.

Also, what's the minimum device requirement to run this?

The model has been optimized for Snapdragon NPU (tested on mobile Gen5, also extendable to run on laptop NPU).

The current release only includes pytorch model that needs to be onboarded using Qualcomm SDKS.

We also plan to release mobile artifacts later this year.
