Adds an Order Types page for the contingent orders in QuantConnect/Lean#9828: bracket, OCO, OTO, and OUO orders, the order factory, combo members, updates, cancels, and backtest fills. Replaces the manual OCO workaround and its example on Other Order Types.

data-treeblocks forOrderContingencyandContingencyLinkneed the new API reference, and the example isn't markedtestableyet. The Brokerage Support section doesn't list brokerages until their plugin PRs merge.Test plan
