Remediation of the 2026-07-23 technical-debt audit: 141 candidates adversarially verified and re-validated against v0.23.0, 139 live. Wave 1 (PRs A–K, ~129h) then Wave 2 (steps T1–T7, ~22-28 days). Wave 3 is trigger-gated and tracked separately. Root cause: the codebase has almost no choke points — invariants and contracts are re-implemented per call site, so a fix reaches one copy of N, and missed copies degrade to a plausible value rather than an error.
