✅ Validated — safe to merge.
I validated this bump by dispatching the cache.yml workflow on the branch, which does a full fresh jb build lectures -W --keep-going — executing every notebook under anaconda 2026.07 rather than reusing the main build cache. The branch was already current with main (0 commits behind, clean environment.yml-only diff), so no rebase was needed first.
Result: run 29685191394 completed success in 21m32s under -W --keep-going (warnings→errors) — build succeeded, 30 notebooks executed, zero execution failures. Ran on the GPU on-demand runner (quantecon-lecture-build-gpu-ubuntu2404-cuda13-cudann9) with jax/jaxlib 0.11.0 on CUDA 13, Python 3.13.
Note: the pull_request CI check isn't a real test of an env-only bump — it downloads the main build-cache artifact and skips re-executing unchanged notebooks, so the cache-workflow run above is the canonical signal.
Bumps anaconda from 2026.06 to 2026.07.
