Closing as a duplicate of #810.

This and the other weekly issues in this series all report the same links. The link checker opened one per run because it had no way to recognise its own earlier issue; v1.1.0 adds update-existing-issue (default true), so a recurring finding now refreshes a single open issue instead.

That reuse latches onto the newest matching open issue and leaves older ones untouched, which is why this backlog needs clearing by hand. #810 is the one later runs will refresh.
