Evaluate copilot and Claude code (fixing issues for QuantEcon)

We wish to evaluate copilot that is built into GitHub and Claude code.

Project 1:

In lecture-python.myst and lecture-python-advanced.myst we will compare updating all subtitles and titles to match the QuantEcon style guide

Answered by adoption rather than a written evaluation — the org now runs a Claude Code toolkit (QuantEcon/skills, see #304), with scheduled routines proposed in #331, while the 2025 Copilot PR wave was consolidated and closed unmerged. Closing as completed.
