dir="rtl" on the document in root.tsx.
- Audit Tailwind utilities for logical-property / RTL correctness (margins, the blue accents, toolbar ordering); add overrides where physical properties leak.
Best done after Phase 4 — the two usually ship together for the same translated sites.
