Bring the MyST theme (quantecon-theme.mystmd) to feature parity with quantecon-book-theme ahead of migrating QuantEcon lectures to MyST / Jupyter Book ≥2. Detail & checkboxes live in PLAN.md on main; the issues in this milestone are thin trackers for status, assignment, and discussion. Per the #93 resolutions (2026-08-24): the migration is all-or-nothing, so completing this milestone (plus #117) IS the cutover gate — every open issue here blocks the lecture-series migration.
