精简步骤文档数据：省略 false 标志、空说明与空条件列表，删除重复的字符串默认值；175 个模块的数据体积减少约 26%。实际默认值和空字符串覆盖仍保留。
同步兼容旧版完整数据与新版精简数据，差异报告先按相同规则归一化，因此不会把省略默认字段误报为模块修改。已有页面正文不变；沿用同一参数快照的生成时间。
验证：主代理自审完成；175 个模块与原数据归一化后逐项一致；xaction check/test、Bridge check/test、TypeScript 检查和站点生产构建通过。已 rebase 到 origin/main，未请求 reviewer。
