增加 DeepSeek Harness 写动作插件

Summary

• 新增 DeepSeek Harness bundle（dsh-plugin-quicker），通过本机 stdio 转接调用 Quicker MCP 编写、保存和预览动作。
• 安装器支持 -Client dsh：复制到 %USERPROFILE%/.quicker/agent-integrations/dsh，PATH 中有 dsh 时再 plugin add。
• 发布清单纳入独立 ZIP；工具名为 mcp__quicker__*，token 仍只在转接里读取。

Test plan

• python -m unittest discover -s tests -v（43 项，含 DSH 安装/更新/本地修改拒绝与 -Client dsh 转接）
• 本机 dsh plugin --profile web add link:... 后重启 DSH，确认工具发现
• 在 Quicker 启用 MCP 与允许写入，同意 dsh-quicker-plugin
• 请求保存测试草稿并预览，不运行

Notes

• 尚未做真实 DSH 会话写动作验收。
• Quicker 设置页的 DSH 选项在主仓，因该 worktree 占线且有无关脏文件，未放进本次 PR。
