Cordis ctx.plugin() 不能解析包名字符串，用户安装后 dsh web 启动失败。改为 loader.create 挂载 @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client，卸载时再 remove。

dsh web启动失败：invalid plugin, expect function or object with an "apply" method, received string。ctx.plugin('@deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client', …)把包名当成了 Cordis 插件。包名必须走 DSH loader。ctx.loader.create挂载官方 MCP 客户端，卸载时loader.remove；测试禁止再写ctx.plugin('包名')。Test plan
