The earlier persistent-fabric foundation at 01aa4c7e1dd4ef5818bd594098d320edfef619e1 remains contained in this authority. The current accepted research capability now includes:

• persistent smallest exact numerical islands;
• lazy compilation of queried islands through the exact causal-index / component-fabric / execution-broker stack;
• bounded compiler-owned local-dense causal execution before generic broker fallback;
• explicit causal-width, state-scalar, scalar-sweep, payload, executor-byte and route receipts;
• cached exact local-dense state keyed to island generation/query identity;
• explicit LocalDense -> Broker -> LocalDense same-generation replay and generation-changing exact replay rather than silent representation relabeling;
• local invalidation and affected-closure merge only;
• conservative caller-declared structural dependencies that do not fabricate quantum operations;
• scale-safe ingestion: no operation-history reserve(size+1) churn and no full component-qubit sort per appended operation; canonical local qubit order is established lazily at compiler/query boundaries.

The focused representation-transition gate forces one component through local dense, broker fallback, return to the original cached dense state, and then a numerical mutation requiring generation replay. Every result is checked against the exact global prepared control.

General-Language V3 contract

The lower-level language integration remains authority-safe. Brain maps numerical semantic/program state into QSA; QSA does not parse raw language, invent semantic identity, decide truth, write Brain memory, select final tokens or execute Brain actions. Native FullPhase SemanticTripairProgram states are exercised through the same fabric and preserve exact independent/coupled semantics.

The active General-Language V3 lane has separately localized its current negative result to semantic sequence generalization, not QSA. Its successor sequence-native Brain Semantic Transducer may consume this fabric as structured numerical working state, while Brain retains semantic and cognitive authority.

Evidence boundary

This is an accepted research capability, not a merge or production promotion. It does not establish ETL50-equivalent timing, a 1,909x public result, universal cheapest-route optimality, quantum advantage, or production Brain integration.

Two attempted forward writes were blocked at the connector mutation layer and are explicitly not current authority: an extension of the existing 10,000-qubit / 99,998-operation benchmark carrier, and a larger typed-hyperedge / split structural-versus-numerical-generation replacement. Neither may be described as implemented evidence.

Next platform work

Continue with caller-typed opaque hyperedge records and separate structural versus numerical generation identity, so caller metadata/provenance changes that leave numerical state invariant do not force numerical-state replay. Then add deterministic route-cost certificates and fresh large heterogeneous-island matched-control evidence with all preparation/compiler costs charged.
