QSec 0.4 moves QSA integration beyond the old dense-state adapter.

Changes:

  • add isolated QSA 0.2 structured evidence receipts
  • bind QSA package/native/ABI identity, compiled plan steps, native validation, component structure, memory, QSC state commitments, round-trip checks, marginals, and exact amplitude probes
  • preserve full phase-sensitive state/probability commitments inside the existing 12-qubit cross-code range
  • add a wider bounded QSA evidence request path through 64 qubits
  • require QSA evidence to pass when quantum verify --qsa is used
  • add a 50-qubit GHZ evidence example
  • pin a real QSA 0.2.0 integration run in CI and upload its JSON receipt
  • remove the old agent/** workflow branch trigger
  • update architecture and funding-facing project documentation without claiming QSA routes QSec does not yet consume

Measured QSA 0.2.0 CI result for the 50-qubit GHZ example:

  • accepted receipt
  • 1 sparse component with 2 nonzero amplitudes
  • 5,568 bytes estimated QSA state memory
  • 333-byte QSC state packet
  • exact byte-stable QSC round trip
  • every qubit marginal at P(1)=0.5
  • 16 PiB dense complex128 equivalent
  • 3,235,344,559,892x dense-to-QSA state-memory reduction for this structured GHZ state

The security boundary is unchanged: QSA supplies execution evidence; QSec retains policy, replay, consensus, and acceptance authority.
