Summary
Deprecate
ROCBLAS_USE_HIPBLASLT_BATCHEDin the rocBLAS docs and changelog. The flag remains functional for now as a batched-only escape hatch, but it should no longer be required and is planned for removal in a future release.This follows the discussion in #9132, where hard removal was deferred to keep compatibility for older hipBLASLt builds and potential edge-case regressions.
