Add topology-aware vortex laboratory

Summary

• add an exploratory Pluto laboratory for the amplitude-rank vortex structure in the (\Lambda_b \to \Lambda_c 3\pi) model
• add topology-aware vortex-string and visualization studies
• add the accompanying vortex-manifold documentation page
• add the example-environment dependencies needed by the laboratory

Scope

This PR intentionally contains only the heavier exploratory vortex work. The focused particle-2 convention fix and tutorial are in #43.

Status

Draft: the notebook is useful for exploration, but this PR is intentionally kept separate from the light, merge-ready particle-2 change.
