I accidentally checked out this branch of of the other pr branch i have open
laren/refactor-cli, which explains the large amounts of files changed. This PR really only changed the README.md and added an /assets folder with images.Added an initial README for our cli reop and npm package. I included the following:
** Something to note is that the images will change if we want different colors and a different cli logo! We can simply take a new picture once we have those things decided on, but the folder and the markdown text for including them is setup now!
