Repo Summary

• LocalDPP, LSTM-CNN_Fusion and BLAST (after proposed modification) tool software have been provided in their corresponding folders with clear instructions on how to run
• Models.zip contains the models for running the above tools; model names are self-explanatory
• LocalDPP and LSTM-CNN_Fusion require PSSM matrix as part of the feature generation process
• A user-friendly PSSM generation pipeline has been provided in PSSM_Construction folder
• Majority_Voting folder contains code for using the 3 tool predictions to get the majority voted predictions
