I learn with AI, not against it — every tool is a teacher if you let it be.
🛡️❤️🔥 On a mission to show developers the credentials they didn't know were public — AWS keys, Kaggle tokens, JWTs, API secrets, private access tokens — sitting exposed in commit history, before someone else finds them first, via RepoGuard.
Cloud & Full-Stack Developer | AWS re/Start Trainee | BCA (Hons) · CGPA 9.40
Building scalable, event-driven, cloud-native applications · Habra, West Bengal, India
I'm Rahul Biswas — a cloud and full-stack developer building event-driven systems that bridge application logic and cloud infrastructure, backed by hands-on AWS training and a growing portfolio of production-style projects and developer tooling.
On the cloud side, I've worked extensively within the AWS re/Start program — provisioning EC2 instances with launch templates and AMIs, designing VPCs with public/private subnets, NACLs, and route tables, deploying multi-AZ RDS Aurora clusters, migrating databases via AWS DMS, and authoring YAML/JSON CloudFormation templates for full-stack infrastructure provisioning. I've also built event-driven serverless applications using Lambda + API Gateway, configured Auto Scaling groups with ELB and Route 53 failover routing, and monitored infrastructure through CloudWatch alarms and CloudTrail audit logs.
On the dev side, I focus on systems that stay reliable under real conditions — queues, retries, and real-time updates — not just features that work in a demo. Recent work includes the Incident Response & Escalation Engine (a PagerDuty-style platform with BullMQ + Redis background workers and Socket.io real-time dashboards), RepoGuard (a local security auditing tool that scans full git history for leaked secrets, combining Gitleaks with optional AI-powered document scanning), a production-grade REST API built on the Controller-Service-Repository pattern with idempotent payments and cursor pagination, QuickForm (a SaaS-style drag-and-drop form builder with async email queues), PortfolioEcosystem (a full CMS platform with JWT auth, Redis caching, and Cloudinary uploads), EasyPetPuja (a canteen booking system with Razorpay integration), and QuickChat (a multi-threaded Java TCP chat server tested to 50+ concurrent connections). I've also gone deeper into systems programming, building CShell (a Unix shell written from scratch in C) and libdsc (a from-scratch C data structures library tested with Valgrind).
Currently exploring Generative AI on AWS — SageMaker, Bedrock, and Prompt Engineering. Actively preparing for AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03). Comfortable in Linux, Bash scripting, Git, and REST API design.
