A full-stack E-Commerce web application built using React (Vite) for the frontend and Node.js + Express + MongoDB for the backend. This app supports product management, user authentication, admin control, cart management, and secure online payments with Razorpay.

⚙️ Setup Instructions

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/Rahulkrcse124/ecommerce-app.git
cd ecommerce-app

2. Backend Setup
cd server
npm install

Create a .env file in the server/ folder:
PORT=8080
MONGO_URI=your_mongo_connection_string
JWT_SECRET=your_jwt_secret
RAZORPAY_KEY_ID=your_key_id
RAZORPAY_KEY_SECRET=your_key_secret


Start the server:
npm run dev

3. Frontend Setup
cd ../client
npm install

Create a .env file in the client/ folder:
VITE_API=http://localhost:8080
VITE_RAZORPAY_KEY_ID=your_key_id


Start the frontend:
npm run dev
