Summary

Move RefundToReturnEventMapper configuration from infra to rails_application
Make Infra::EventStore.main accept optional mapper: parameter
Expose preserve_types for apps building custom mappers

This keeps infra independent of specific applications, following proper DDD layering.

Closes #461
