What changed

  • Reworked the dashboard visual system into a refined minimal / architectural presentation: white-gray base, black typography, strict grid, large negative space, restrained dark-mode tokens, and section numbering.
  • Reframed the landing hero around the hackathon problem statement and added Rajvardhan Patil attribution.
  • Kept the existing report loading, deterministic scoring, AI Q&A, PDF export, attribution, orphan analysis, gates, hardening plan, impact graph, and provenance flows intact.
  • Updated the README to make the problem-statement fit, architecture, AI boundary, demo signal, and judge walkthrough immediately legible.

Why

The existing product architecture is strong and already has a live dashboard, deterministic security engine, read-only collector, tests, and AI-boundary controls. This PR focuses on making those strengths much easier for a judge to understand in the first 30–60 seconds.

Notes

No secrets or API keys are added. The optional OpenRouter key remains server-side. The new UI continues to render the bundled deterministic demo without network access.
