Doesn't install dependencies, fails with many build errors

Hello!
Just tried to run your bot on the v18 of NodeJS and I got an error saying that 'dotenv' wasn't installed.
This led to an issue of many other dependencies failing to install when I ran npm i dotenv.
Please fix.
