In under two minutes, a user answers a short set of non-identifying questions about a device. RebootLoop then routes it toward the safest next step — repair, reuse, donation or responsible recycling — guides secure, platform-specific data preparation, and generates a minimal QR "device passport" with an honest assurance level. It doesn't erase data or certify sanitisation; it's a decision layer before handover.
