RHCLOUD-51016 Replace 7 outdated docs.redhat.com URLs in the Integrations Overview page with their new equivalents following the HCC documentation restructure. This is a re-creation of PR RedHatInsights#1521 which was reverted to coordinate with the Sept 16 docs go-live date. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Re-creation of PR #1521 which was merged and then reverted to coordinate with the Sept 16 docs go-live date. Updates 7 documentation URLs on the Integrations Overview page to point to the new Red Hat HCC documentation structure.
