Update the three HCC documentation links on the Integrations Communications page (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat) from the old Pantheon/
red_hat_lightspeedURLs to the new JTBD URL structure underred_hat_hybrid_cloud_console. This is part of the HCC docs migration epic.RHCLOUD-51019
