Reviewer's Guide

This dependency-only change updates six Tekton trigger configurations from konflux-pipelines v1.73.0 to v1.74.0, causing their builds to consume the newer shared docker-build-oci-ta pipeline. The upstream release increases PR concurrency for Satellite and Foreman branches and includes refreshed Konflux references and the UBI Go toolset image.

File-Level Changes
