Reviewer's Guide

Updates the pinned UBI 9 Minimal base image for both build and runtime stages, and regenerates the RPM lockfile to capture repository package changes delivered with the new image. Review should verify the new image tag/digest pairing, lockfile checksum integrity, and successful build and test pipelines before automerge.

File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Refresh both build and runtime stages to the newer pinned UBI Minimal image.
  • Update the UBI image tag from 9.8-1788939036 to 9.8-1789349365.
  • Replace the image digest in both stages with the digest for the new tag.
Dockerfile
Regenerate the RPM lock data against the updated UBI repositories.
  • Update locked Cargo/Rust, kernel headers, and OpenSSL package versions and checksums.
