PUP AFRA is your pathway to academic renewal, where AFRA stands for "Application for Re-Admission." As an integral part of PUPWebSite, the official portal of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, we're dedicated to providing a streamlined and supportive process for students seeking a second chance at their educational journey.

Tools and Technologies

The following tools and technologies were involved in the making of this project:

• Figma - Collaborative design tool for creating UI/UX, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Canva - Graphic design platform with a user-friendly interface for creating visual content.
• Icon8 - It is a platform providing a vast collection of icons for use in design projects. It simplifies the process of finding and incorporating icons into various design elements.
• HTML (HyperText Markup Language) - Standard markup language for structuring web pages.
• CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) - Styling language for controlling the presentation of HTML documents on the web.
• JavaScript - High-level programming language for creating interactive effects within web browsers.
• Google Sheets API - Google Sheets API is a powerful tool for reading and writing data to and from Google Sheets.
• App Script - Google Apps Script is a cloud-based scripting language that provides easy ways to automate tasks across Google products and third-party services and build web applications.
• Visual Studio Code - Lightweight code editor for writing, editing, and debugging code, widely used in web development.

Challenges

Here are some of the challenges we faced while developing the website:

• Time Constraints
• Learning Curve
• Difficulty in keeping track of the values from the user because there are many pages.
• Integration of Google Sheets API to the website

Roadmap

• Select a manual form from PUP Website.
• Convert the form into HTML.
• Design the website in Figma
• Convert the design into HTML, CSS, JS
• Integrate Google Sheets API for the Database
• Integrate Philippine Address Locator for the Address Fields se
• Make the website responsive
• Automated Email Confirmation

Creating A Pull Request
