Prepare v1.4.6 build 14 after the merged fan-control and helper recovery repair. The strict prep diff gate passes with only the manifest, changelog, Info.plist, and release-status prose changed. The cask remains pinned to published v1.4.5 until post-publication verification. Local full verification and the repair PR CI passed before this prep commit; exact-main CI is required before the guarded signed-tag and one-shot publication scripts.
