Release-prep-only candidate for v1.4.7 build 15. Reissues the repaired source after immutable v1.4.6 was retired before publication when Apple notarization rejected the stale repository credential. No runtime-code delta; the corrected APPLE_APP_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD repository secret is now in place. The prep diff is limited to the manifest, changelog, Info.plist, and release-status documentation.
