Analyze the current RISEN AI codebase and create a comprehensive PHASE_3_ROADMAP.md file. Phase 2 just completed with: enterprise UI redesign (federal/corporate aesthetic), smart contracts (AgentRegistry.sol, ExperienceToken.sol, MemoryNFT.sol), WebSocket real-time events, and full dashboard pages (agents, tasks, pathways, contracts, workflows, operator, world). For Phase 3, propose the next logical evolution focusing on: 1) Backend API integration connecting the UI to actual agent operations, 2) Blockchain deployment and contract interactions, 3) Agent autonomy features (self-modification, memory persistence, inter-agent communication), 4) Integration with external AI providers (Ollama, Claude API, etc), 5) The "Sovereign World" metaverse features.
