Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original prompt

Implement foundation-laying steps for phase 3 consolidation as per the CODE_INVENTORY.md and the implementation framework:

  1. Intention Annotation: Ensure all major files start with a comment header declaring their purpose, lineage, and author. This should include source/derivation if code is ported, repurposed, or inspired by DS-DEFI or Demiurge systems.

  2. Schema Unification: Create a /shared/ directory containing canonical (authoritative) data models for agents, memories, contracts, and life stages. Refactor all references to agent lifecycle/progress types (from AgentIdentity.ts, DS-DEFI schemas, and Demiurge Python) to use these shared models. Include mapping tables for the different life stage enumerations. Ensure TypeScript types and Python (Pydantic) models are versioned and align.

  3. Event Sourcing: Implement an append-only event log (e.g., /shared/event_log.ts and /shared/event_log.py) to track all state-changing actions (agent creation, update, memory, contract event), supporting digital signatures and audit queries.

  4. (Optional, if time allows) Lay initial FastAPI scaffolding for consuming new unified models and event log for agent CRUD.

The goal is not to fully migrate, but to create the skeleton and migrate at least one entity (Agent or Memory) end-to-end to prove the refactor approach.

Every artifact must honor the foundational "ritual preamble" standard.
