Moved: Relic is now fully open source

This repository held a derived copy of Relic's client crypto while the rest of the product was closed. That split is over. The entire Relic monorepo is now public, and the crypto lives there as a first-class package that the app itself imports (no more derived copy):

Same Apache-2.0 license, same pinned test vectors (dart pub get && dart test), plus the JavaScript implementation served by the hosted web vault at crypto/js/.

• Issues and PRs: open them on the monorepo.
