Linux 1.0.60 to 1.0.64 does not start on a clean machine:

./relic_app: error while loading shared libraries: libonnxruntime.so.1: cannot open shared object file

Reproduced with the published 1.0.64 tarball and AppImage on Ubuntu 24.04 and on a fresh Arch.

Why. flutter_onnxruntime (phone-only, used by mobile.dart) also builds its Linux platform code, which links relic_app against libonnxruntime.so.1. The bundle only gets lib/libonnxruntime.so, a symlink to that missing file. It works only where ONNX Runtime 1.22 is installed system-wide. The runtime that ships beside sift is 1.24, and its symbols are versioned, so it can't stand in.

Fix.

The desktop embeds through relic-sift, so nothing on Linux used the plugin.

The phone-only onnxruntime plugin also built for Linux and linked relic_app
against libonnxruntime.so.1. The bundle shipped only lib/libonnxruntime.so,
a symlink to that missing file, so 1.0.60 to 1.0.64 (tarball and AppImage)
died at launch on any machine without ONNX Runtime 1.22 installed. Only
mobile.dart uses the plugin; the desktop embeds through relic-sift.

Drop the Linux platform from the vendored copy, as was done for macOS, and
make build_release_linux.sh refuse to pack a bundle with a dangling symlink
or a library ldd cannot find. App 1.0.65.
