Final Release for v1.0 prototype

This is the final published release for the first (v1.0) prototype with the original pinout.
It has display, sound (through Homepin sound board), solenoid, flashers, switch, and lamp capability.
It's missing:
Support for SD card and USB
Support for original sound card
Support for GI Lamp Triacs & zero-crossing
Flippers
Final Real-time clock support (overnight it will revert to factory settings because it doesn't like the MCUs date format)
