problem launching the Savage Wind software

Before you start

I'm on the latest release, and the bug still happens there.
I searched the existing issues and this one isn't reported yet.

What happened, and how to make it happen again

I tried to launch the Savage Wind software, but in vain, as it displays

a message saying that a DLL file is missing.
