Create homepage background photo

Create a design that will go on the homepage (rhobetaepsilon.com). Must be:

• High Resolution: Greater than 1000x1000pixels (the bigger the better)
• Uses the official Rho Beta Colors (ask @alextac98 or see Create an official Rho Beta colorsheet and logo download section #8 for updates)
