[BUG] webservice.fieldsToSendToWebservice does not support multiple field

Similar as #28 , the last field in the comma-separated list will overwrite all previous results.

But, do we want to solve it in the same way as in #53 - i.e. create an extra level in the nested map?

Or, as you might have in mind when designing the configuration, use prefix / suffix?
