Off-targets cast bars not appearing and Aura/Buff suggestion - own only check

Can't seem to make the cast bars on secondary targets appear (not the main target). Tried enabling/disabling blizzard's "Show cast bars on Nameplates"
(v3.2.4)
It would be nice to have the option to show only Own debuffs on target bars without adding spells manually
