Options on start

There are three options to run NoTrack with

-P echo proxy info when it changes
Ex: source run.sh -P
-p do no echo anything
Ex: source run.sh -p
-t change the amount of seconds waited before the proxies are changed again
Ex: source run.sh -t30

Defaults

Set to not print proxy info on change
Wait is set to 45 seconds
