FirstRelease

First beta release . It is so nice to be able to post the release for my first desktop application.
At present it supports

1. Adding simple textual notes ,consisting of titles and text.
2. Adding textual tags to the notes which can be used to search notes
3. Searching notes by text.
   (For android package building rename notesApp.py as main.py for this release)
