Use the Sequential Model if beginning from scratch and incase you have the set of aircraft flights and cargo flow paths handy, start with the raw model. In the Sequential Model the operations are covered as Aircraft Route Planning followed by Fleet Assignment and then the optimistic Schedule. After several iterations of the previous process, the planner should be able to solve the Aircraft Rotation Planning.
