Update the machine-readable lifecycle classification
Declaring the repository ACTIVE only in the README leaves repo.role.json reporting "role": "PARKED_RESEARCH". Any registry or automation that consumes the repository's machine-readable role metadata will therefore continue classifying this surface as parked, contradicting the newly documented active lifecycle; update the metadata as part of the transition or avoid claiming the transition here.
