Supersedes #303 #305 #306 #307 #308 (all merged together as one coherent update). web: react 19.3.0 + react-dom 19.3.0 (React enforces an exact match), @types/react 19.3.0, ag-grid-community/ag-grid-react 36.2.0 (single resolved copy each), jsdom 30.1.1, @types/node ^26.6. Lockfile regenerated; pnpm-workspace.yaml overrides untouched. Local gates: frozen install, tsc, eslint, vitest --coverage (384/0), next build, pnpm audit - all green. CI: Lint Web, Build Web, Playwright chromium, visual-regression green. ci(infra): the Start MinIO step was red on every run including main because quay.io now denies anonymous pull for minio/minio and that repository was deleted from Docker Hub on 2026-09-11. Commit f8f3171 fetches the pinned official GitHub Release binary for RELEASE.2025-09-07T16-13-09Z and verifies a SHA-256 pinned inline before running it, preserving the localhost:9000/9001, MINIO_ROOT_USER/ MINIO_ROOT_PASSWORD and /minio/health/live contract. Test Python and ARQ worker integration are green. Final CI: 10 passed / 0 failed, mergeState=CLEAN. Signed-off-by: Roland Salardon <r.salardon@gmail.com>
