…S_API_KEY_<DESK> with X-Cadis-Desk, no fallback (WO-03) Adds nullable model and desk to Dots with a UI/API setter (PUT /api/dots/:id/model, and in the Dot dialog). Resolution: dot.model, then OPENAI_MODEL, then cadis-free; a desk Dot uses only CADIS_API_KEY_<DESK> and fails with 'Model not configured' when it is empty. Applied in DotAgent (Intelligence path) and the direct-model path. Precedence ported from RoseBludd/hermes cron/scheduler.py.
…t and standing-rule import (WO-02) Adds a memory_scopes table (no row = global) on WorkspaceStore's database; a Dot sees globals plus its own, tasks without a Dot see globals only. GET /api/memories?dotId=, dotId on POST/PUT. Import CLI for seats/<desk>/ and standing rules: dry run by default, capped per desk and by bytes, idempotent, never deletes. Scope model and byte cap ported from RoseBludd/agentconnect memory-plugin outbox.ts.
… and history on the WO-07 routes; Intelligence-only controls hidden (WO-08) When /api/workspace reports mode direct-model, the chat column renders DirectChat (reusing ChatTranscript, Mascot and the chat-composer layout) and the sidebar uses LocalThreadList instead of the Intelligence thread service. Shows the Dot model (WO-03). Voice, computer, pages and Dot/Space editing are hidden with one plain note. Intelligence mode renders exactly as before.

#2, #3 and #4 were merged into their stacked parent branches because the retarget step (gh pr edit --base) failed on a GraphQL Projects-classic error. This PR carries devvy/wo-02-per-dot-memory (now containing #2+#3+#4 on top of #1) into devvy/host-base-timeouts. No new code. Opened by oppi. (host ops).
