Adds Intel and Apple Silicon DMG artifacts alongside the existing app ZIPs. CI verifies each image, mounts it read-only, checks the app and Applications shortcut, and detaches it. Tagged releases preserve ZIP as the updater payload and notarize/staple the DMG when Apple credentials are configured. Documentation also records the shared filesystem map-tile cache. Local validation: Release build 0 warnings and 0 errors; 1266 tests passed; Linux TAR and DEB rebuilt and validated; NuGet vulnerability audit clean; workflow YAML, ShellCheck, actionlint, and diff checks passed.
