Create 3rd party capsules

* [ ] i18n - add an option to translate text to user and set the basics for entity translation
* [ ] Entity translation - give the option to translate entiites.
* [ ] export settings - a way to export settings between environments
* [ ] Anonymous admin - fire up an SAP admin with limited scope of actions for a limited time thus allow to manage db settings more easilly.
