Request: Multiple Feature request

1. For Summer add button that removes cold entirely. (Basically opposite of the button you have winter that says "Always Cold"
2. Add functionality to change Day/Night cycle per season. (Valheim standard day/night is 21 minutes of Day, 9 minutes of Night. Would be cool to be able to adjust this to be shorter days in winter)
3. Affect wind like we can for weather. Right now, Some wind is tied to weather but in vanilla you can have a windy clear day. Would be nice to adjust that based on season as well. Fall=More storms/hurricane like conditions as an example.
4. Stretch goal, Allow functionality to break the seasons into sub-parts. Or do months instead of full seasons. Would allow the world to experience seasonal change more granularly.
